Virtual Clinical Supervision
I provide clinical supervision for Associate Marriage and Family Therapists (AMFTs) accruing supervised experience toward California licensure, with an emphasis on developing confident, thoughtful, and clinically skilled therapists.
What’s included?
Supervision is available for individual associates and can also be contracted directly with treatment facilities and behavioral health organizations seeking an experienced LMFT to provide ongoing individual and/or group supervision for their associate clinicians.
Supervision may include:
Individual and group clinical supervision
Case conceptualization and treatment planning
Development of clinical judgment and professional identity
Ethics, boundaries, and documentation
Integration of evidence-based approaches
Support with complex clinical presentations
Training and development in ACT, ERP, CBT, and mindfulness-based interventions
Consultation with clinical leadership regarding associate development and training needs
For treatment facilities, supervision services can be structured around the needs of your program, whether you need weekly individual supervision, group supervision, or ongoing contracted supervision for multiple associates. My goal is not simply to help associates complete their required hours, but to provide meaningful supervision that strengthens clinical competency, confidence, and the quality of care being delivered within the organization.
