Rates & Insurance

Therapy is an investment in your well-being, relationships, and overall quality of life. For individuals struggling with OCD, anxiety, substance use, or relationship challenges, therapy can also be an investment in reclaiming your time, energy, and peace of mind.

My goal is not only to help you feel better in the moment, but to equip you with the tools and skills needed to navigate life’s challenges long after therapy has ended. In the treatment of OCD, this often means helping you develop mastery over OCD so that you can become your own therapist and confidently respond to intrusive thoughts, uncertainty, and anxiety without relying on compulsions.

Unlike traditional talk therapy, evidence-based treatments such as Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and mindfulness-based approaches are active, collaborative, and goal-oriented. While every individual’s journey is unique, many clients begin to see meaningful progress within 12–25 sessions.

Session Fees

Individual Therapy (50–60 minutes): $195 per session

Couples/ Family Therapy (50-60 minutes): $250 per session

Payment is due at the time of service. I accept all major credit and debit cards.

My fees reflect the specialized training, clinical experience, and evidence-based care I provide. Maintaining a thoughtfully sized caseload allows me to offer personalized treatment, individualized support, and focused attention to each client’s unique needs and goals.

Insurance & Out-of-Network Benefits

I am currently in network with:

  • Anthem

  • Aetna

  • Carelon

  • Cigna

If I am not in network with your insurance plan, you may be eligible for reimbursement through your out-of-network mental health benefits. Upon request, I can provide a superbill that you may submit directly to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.

Because benefits vary by plan, I encourage you to contact your insurance provider and ask the following questions:

  • Does my plan include out-of-network mental health benefits?

  • What is my out-of-network deductible, and has it been met?

  • What percentage of therapy costs will be reimbursed?

  • Is there a limit to the number of therapy sessions covered each year?

  • Do I need a referral or authorization from my primary care physician?

  • How do I submit claims for out-of-network reimbursement?

Cancellation Policy

I understand that schedules can change unexpectedly. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as missed appointments, will be charged the full session fee.
